Since its formation in the late 1970s the Hydraulics Division has grown into the leading manufacturer, service provider and supplier of hydraulic equipment in South Wales. This has been achieved by continual improvements in levels of service offered to the end customer.

Fawcett Christie Hydraulics has been manufacturing Gas Filled Accumulators for over 30 years. Their business has been developed on the firm basis of quality, reliability and service and offer an unrivalled back-up service and unparalleled technical expertise in the supply and repair of Hydraulic Accumulators. In addition, Fawcett Christie Hydraulics offers a quality range of Oiltech Electrically Driven Air Blast Coolers.
 

Approval by Fawcett Christie Hydraulics to become their Official re-certification Centre for the whole of Wales. This enables us to provide a full-service programme for Gas Accumulator, from a simple bladder change with Pre-charge Gas to a full Site Survey and Written Scheme in accordance with The Pressure System and Gas Containers Regulation 2000.

DESIGN

The Hydraulic division prides itself in our in-house design facility. Control Gear uses the latest CAD Design equipment to undertake an unbiased approach to all technical solutions.

The department has designed many bespoke systems of varying size and capacity. Reaching into all sectors of industry and construction. The division will also handle turn-key projects and the Project Management of all systems installations.

The recently expanded service division has not only fully equipped modern workshops at our Treforest and Swansea works, but also extensive on site facilities at many blue chip companies throughout the area, offering the best practical solutions to all service and control problems
