Membrane Nitrogen Generator
A membrane generator extracts the N₂ in the air supplied by a compressor so that it can be used for professional applications. The compressed air is pushed through a membrane filled with hollow fibres. Oxygen and water vapor dissipate through the fibre walls and are vented out. This leaves only the very dry nitrogen inside the fibres, pushed out on the other end of the membrane, ready for you to use.
PSA Nitrogen Generators
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology separates nitrogen from compressed air by adsorbing the oxygen in the air using Carbon Molecular Sieve material. Because this adsorbent will become saturated with O₂, the generator consists of two vessels. While one vessel produces nitrogen, the other regenerates its saturated CMS, rotating as needed.

PSA Oxygen Generators
Oxygen (O2) is used across a wide range of industries, from aquaculture to bioenergy, metallurgy, and pharmaceutical production. In the past, companies could only get oxygen from vendors. Now, however, there is a much better option for most of them: The on-site generation of oxygen. It allows professional users of oxygen users to become producers.
Atlas Copco oxygen generators use pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. The generator consists of two separate pressure vessels filled with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) material that separates the oxygen from the incoming air. At any time, one of these vessels produces oxygen while the other is ‘regenerating’ its saturated ZMS.
