Metallic Hose

Control Gear offer a wide range of metallic hose and specially fabricated options suited for many applications including steam, compressed air, petrochemical and vacuum. Stainless Steel hose assemblies are widely used in high pressure, high temperature and highly corrosive environments and can accommodate temperature expansion, vibration and misalignment. All our assemblies meet the requirements of Class 1 of the EN ISO 10380 Standard. Options include:

• Single, double or triple braid
• HP & THP high pressure
• Standard and close pitch constructions
• Protective coverings
• Fire sleeve
• Heat Shrink sleeving
• The end options for our hose assemblies include threaded, flanged, cam and groove and gas coupling as well as bespoke connections. All assemblies meet the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and Full Material and Test Certification can be provided if required.
