Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager, Process Solutions in South Wales

Control Gear is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for Process Solutions to help us develop and lead our expansion into the process valve market.

With an established reputation supporting industry across fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, industrial hoses and compressed air, we are now looking to add a dedicated process solutions offering to support our customers even further.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands industrial environments and enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems and creating long-term value.

We are looking for someone with experience in areas such as:

🔹 Process valves

🔹 Pumps and flow control

🔹 Actuation systems

🔹 Industrial MRO solutions

🔹 Process engineering applications

The successful candidate will ideally have an existing understanding of the South Wales industrial market and be comfortable working with maintenance teams, engineers, procurement teams and customers across manufacturing and process industries.

This is not a role that simply manages existing accounts. It is an opportunity to build and develop a new business area with the support of an established engineering company.
